Ryan has more than 27 years of experience in public accounting and invaluable industry experience with the US and global companies. He has extensive experience in audits for both private and public companies, SEC reporting, and due diligence transactions including post-merger integration services. Ryan offers specialized expertise in the automotive, manufacturing and distribution, technology, and e-Commerce industries. Ryan’s international experience includes; IFRS while working as a CFO in financial industries and due diligence in South Korea. Furthermore, Ryan has been engaged in various IPO engagements.
Suzanne Allison
Suzanne has over 30 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and office management, working with accounting firms and tax resolution practices serving both individuals and small businesses. She is a CTEC-certified Tax Preparer with PTIN and CAF credentials and has extensive experience preparing, reviewing, and finalizing tax returns, as well as researching and resolving tax issues and IRS matters. Suzanne’s background includes full-cycle bookkeeping, month-end close, financial statement preparation, accounts receivable and payable, payroll processing, budgeting, and cash flow management.
In addition to technical expertise, Suzanne provides reliable, hands-on client support and efficient operational management. Clients value her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail, along with her ability to communicate clearly and keep projects moving on schedule to deliver accurate work, practical solutions, and a smooth, professional experience for every client engagement.
